Normally before new you see a quick good sized rise as people in the low load up, then you have some downside as day traders and people buying down at 0.0018 take profits. However the buyers likely came in on an inside tip that news in waiting. We are not privy to this information , but it always gets leaked to the firms before us. Expect a news release tomorrow or Friday
