UPDATE:

This Suspension sucks, I'm not going to lie...no way around it. Extremely Unjustified for PRED and it's shareholders.

Trading in PRED will resume May 6th.

SEC never contacted PRED at all even though PRED ran it's PR's by legal team and SEC before releasing!! Does the SEC staff even talk to each other! PRED got lumped in with a bunch of scam companies like WORX and etc....many of us talked and posted about them right here on this board.

Read the SEC Filing...it's about a matter of how fast kits could come out...THAT'S the only issue FOLKS SEC is a JOKE!

GOOD NEWS and FACTS:

PRED's Legal Team and Managment are on top of this.

Everything PRED has released in terms of Assurance AB orders, contracts, and etc...
ALL LEGITIMATE and ALL LEGAL/FACTUAL INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED TO THE SEC.

PRED has nothing to hide and everything with Assurance AB COVID test kits is 110% REAL and LEGITIMATE.

and NO, PRED will NOT be TRADING on the GREY SHEETS.

I hate this and this IS BS for PRED and it's SHAREHOLDERS, BUT
