Nothing but speculations. Yes, they got a patent granted for Psoriasis and other skin disorders and supposedly are close to MM patent, at the day of the Grant which was March 31st, they went dark, as well as a little earlier than that, the CEO (Hirsch and Bignitz) stepped down and a hatchet CEO replaced them only with 6mo. contract.

There was not much said why Bignitz or Hirsch stepped down.
The new guy that came in has a history of a hatchet man for the shareholders.
He also hasn't said a thing to investors/shareholders, just quiet replacement.

So, not sure what to think or who to believe, but frankly, we're in the dark, we have no idea what the company is doing, their disdain for shareholders have been on display for years so I don't have high hopes of them doing anything right by us.
