The increase in G&A was from the warrants. These are very likely the Employment milestone triggers that Kim mentioned in the press conference.

It sounds like when Dr. Kane was hired on, his contract included an incentive if he ever achieved Kim's goal of a knock-in/knock-out silk worm. Dr. Kane delivered and was rewarded fairly. I think the warrants are well worth the achievement.

One good thing is that the warrants aren't exercisable until Feb 2025. Which is why I'm sure you noticed, but for some reason didn't comment on, but there was no increase in outstanding shares this quarter. So no dilution yet until those shares are exercised 5 years from now at the earliest.
