art, 3.125 mil of those warrants are exercisable at .10? That's probably why the price was walked down...


it says the reason for the transaction is 'soley for investment purposes'


could it be that he's been selling off those shares since the .20's??? taking the free double?>


nonetheless... still dd'ing and will probably initiate a position tomorrow
