Form S-3 has a shelf life of 3 years. This was filed to obtain SEC approval to do so, if it is decided a fund raise is needed. Being optimistic, I think something is developing in the FDA, and in Europe. The patent was approved, and could be with COVID-19 turning the world upside down AFTER the ER, a new strategy is being developed around the patent, and supplements.
I may get tossed off the board, but I voted YES a few days ago, and will not change my vote with this new development. I want off the OT, and have to believe that is the reason for the ask for RS. Fundraising can be done at anytime, and an RS is not needed.
Just my thoughts.
