The best part of the void status of the Delaware Corporation is dual in nature.
1. Paying the taxes reverses the Void status
2. While in void status business may resume as normal; however you lose the rights to the name
Bioamber Inc in Delaware.

They better hope no one acts on that. A rival competitor could swoop in and reserve the name Bioamber Inc.

They sold all the trademarks...so I figure they'll use the name. What sort of return on $75 could Mitsui get for the naming rights of the Delaware Corp?
