I agree. I took notice of HRVSF shortly after they announce the mega deal to acquire Verano Holdings. Not long after that announcement, the market turned on the industry as private equity investors started to expect net profit instead of the industry trend to borrow and expand and burn cash.

Verano would have made HRVSF a monster, they have tremendous products. I was investigating Verano and found they were privately held, this is what attracted me to HRVSF. I did remain cautious and never did buy as I discovered HRVSF was cash strapped late in 2019.

Not sure what is in the future. I think the CEO is earnest and honest, but with the market change in mid 2019, the currents seen to have pulled them off course. Hope they can turn things around.

Whoever can strike a deal with Verano will be a winner.
