Core Water Acquisition.

Sure we've posted this before. There are a couple of articles here addressing the guesstimate multiples paid by Dr. Pepper, which included some sizeable tax loss carryforwards. Valuable to a profitable acquirer.

Had Core been a public company, it would have reported some per share losses that would have scared off any value player who doesn't understand the post-acquisition economics that could make $525 million look cheap.
