I think you misread the quote below. Regardless of when the company files to get current, it will take 30 days from when the designation was first placed to become current again. So depending on when RNWF got the CE flag, it will take 30 days to become eligible to get that off. Even if they file all necessary documents within that 30 day window.

I don't think the 30 days applies to RNWF since its had that designation for over 30 days now. so if all documents are reviewed and approved, we should see that CE come off in a matter of days.
