"Just because" a lie is repeated does not make it the truth.

Where is this so called mystery "contract" that the preferreds allegedly have (that the commons do not)?

Oh wait, since this contract never existed, it cant be produced.

I guess the preferreds expect the judge to honor a "contract" that noone knows what it says, and no one has a copy!!!
