It is NOT the FCC's job to state whether a technology makes sense or not!

The FCC certifies that the electromagnetic interference from the device is under the limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission.

THAT'S IT!

One can turn the power level down low enough on anything to pas FCC...

Investors who think FCC approval means ANYTHING regarding the viability are going to lose their money!
