Ok I am going to say $5 million market cap with 1.5 billion shares out with the Notes gone at that point and blue sky in front of it.

Then $1mm in sales and $250,000 in profit at 5x sales or 20-30x earnings. No taxes due since there is an NOL of sizeable nature.

Stock is .003 first stop before business really takes off
