Do you mean 400 million in the last month or for the month of March; because neither is correct.

In fact it takes 2 months to get to 400 million. Another 3 months for the next 100 million. So 5 months for 500 million and you have bought 20% of that in the last month. Probably more in the 5 months.

So there isn't any action here except for yourself and couple others.
