I didn't get in the futures contract part of this...but I think it's self explanatory once you understand what I just said.

I think Total is definitely one of those companies who will survive. That's why I think they will still drill the EEZ knowing full well that oil prices will sky rocket for the reasons I stated in the previous post that I wrote.

KOS on the other hand is very over leveraged. It could go bankrupt and walk away from the EEZ contract it has with ERHC, if it hasn't already.

ERHC is therefore an excellent investment in relation to Kosmos.
