Pros
-Middle management team is outstanding and very receptive to employee needs
-Opportunities for several career tracks
-Work/life balance was always treated as a high priority

Cons
-Decisions are made unilaterally by an executive team that barely knows its staff
-Processes and policies are loosely enforced, if not non-existent, leading to headaches throughout the process of getting product into the hands of consumers
-Middle management's decisions are regularly overridden by execs
-No transparency with regard to decision-making processes

Advice to Management
The amount of dishonesty and stock-price-fluffing press releases that come from this company is hard to fathom. Nothing real ever comes out of this company. It is an endless flow of things that are "in progress" or "being approved" or "in the pipeline." For the last six months of my employment, that was all I heard about with absolutely nothing to show for it. Now, I and many others have been laid off, leaving us to wonder what happened to all that good news we've been hearing for the last two months. Look elsewhere for a career with a real company and CEO.
