July 22nd is hearing for 101, should be some interesting reading leading up to that. Can't wait to see how ATVI plans to go at that wth CAFC and PTAB nether one throwing it out on those grounds, now ask a District Court Judge to do it instead, so WDDD can get that appealed and makes her look bad, I think not...
the most interesting part will be just how long Casper takes to rule on that motion, a quick ruling in my opinion will be her saying, enough crap the clock is ticking, and ATVI is running out of time...
just my 2 cents.
so should be some nice drama moving forward.
it is possible, won't say it is not possible, but a 101 ruling against is highly improbable, but at the moment that is the biggest hurdle in the way
