Here we provide a detailed virological analysis of nine cases, providing proof of active virus replication in upper respiratory tract tissues.

Infectious virus was readily isolated from throat- and lung-derived samples, but not from stool samples, in spite of high virus RNA concentration. Blood and urine never yielded virus.

There are probably high levels of viral RNA everywhere (which can sometimes be be picked up by PCR swab) But no actual virus found in the blood And there are antibodies there, that can be picked up with immunoassay. But the virus itself has not been found in blood

The living virus is found in the airways and and upper respiratory tract.

Now, if the purported methodology as per the paper I referenced in my earlier post is behind the DECN "alleged" technology, then the detection limit is 1000 times too low for the virus quantities present in a nasal swab or saliva sample, where the virus IS actally found. (10^11 = lowest detection limit vs 10^8 representing the highest viral load.

And that whole methodolgy was based on detecting whole virus particles based on their morphology, not residual RNA fragments like PCR or antibodies like immunoassays.

And the required viral load required to trigger an infection?
Well its reckoned to be only about 10^3.

I could not put this any more simply:

You can get infected with ~1000 virus particles/ml in your airways.

If you are severely ill, you may have up to ~100,000,000 virus particles/ml in your airways.

That impedance measurement paper - the best I have been able to find - was able to detect particles in the range of 100,000,000,000 to 100,000,000,000,000 virues particles per ml in clean samples.

And finally: The number of virus particles actually in the blood samples that DECN is claiming to be using?

Well that's the same as the True underlying DECN share value! Its as close to zero as makes no difference
