I guess not everyone understands, but that is ok

During the late 2000s through around 2012, Brian Kistler was involved in a bunch of dirty
debt/dilution scams with a group out of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Florida including Jared
Hochstedler, Edward R. Miers, and Stephen Carnes (all Indicted) and Larry Powalisz (sued by
the SEC).
