Based on the response (by investor relations) to my question below - I do believe there will be a 5 for 1 reverse split for RCEL ADS.

QUESTION:
I take it to mean that 10,000 shares of RCEL at a price per share of $6.00 will become 2,000 shares of RCEL (or whatever ticker will be used) at a price per share of $30.00. Please correct me if I am wrong.

RESPONSE:
You are thinking about it the correct way. The part of the press release that might help is:

“Therefore, shareholders in eligible jurisdictions and ADS holders (on the Record Date), receiving Avita US CDIs or Avita US Shares, will hold an equivalent proportional interest Avita US as they held in the Company prior to implementation of the Redomiciliation.”

Your current shares are ADS shares (RCEL) which will be regular Nasdaq US shares trading under ticker RCEL after the redomicile. The process will not cause any loss of your proportional interest in the company.
