$TGRR has no money to pay, they didn't even have money to update their filings. So they listed the shell for sale and it indicates that they have no funds to do their filings and the note holder is willing to discount the note by 50%.

I expect to see volume start ramping up in the coming days here and expect this ticker to be sold in under 45 days. Or custodianship could be the next avenue.

Green days are ahead, the share structure is ripe for a quick buyout. Very attractive. Will be sold by end of May.

Better days are ahead for $TGRR, keep it on watch.
