I find it funny and interesting that preferreds seem to be the only way to go according to the preferreds reinforcement team. They should just get rid of trading commons altogether. Why trade commons when there is nothing but downside when you can trade preferreds when it's bullet proof and nothing but upside?

It's like you cannot lose with preferreds, in the event of receivership, preferreds will get everything on the GSE bones and leave commons with nothing, in the event that we RRR, preferreds will convert to more commons than there is. lol.......
