The company didn't sell 26,000 shares. Any one of the notes that were issued as far back as 2015 could have converted a portion of their notes to shares. Again we don't know the details, but the past can still bite them if they don't get some of their plan accomplished quickly. Up-list could happen any day, and 10K is due in 10 days. Hopefully we can get more information insight at that time. 1st Q also ends April 30th, so we should be looking at 1st quarter 10 Q by June 15th.
