As a shareholder and in my opinion the company should have never sent out this press release, it appears that they sent it out to hype the stock to get investors in. The news is forwarded as a possibility cure if you analyze it grammatically.

Real news usually are released after the price of the stock rises, the smart investors are in prior to the news.
