I have called Tom twice in the near past, Very nice person to speak with, more than forthcoming with info and loves to talk edex. I feel very comfortable waiting for the next step to take place, I do believe that if one has a question they should go straight to the source to get the answer....then there is no mistaking what is said. Just IMO good luck
