Technically speaking, IMO, this needs to happen today...

The pop to .20 has now created expectations of the annoucement TODAY. If it does not happen, watch for a big reversal heading into the close. And if that reversal happens, I think .10 is in the cards in very short order, perhaps by the end of this week. Believe me, MM's keep an eye on the charts - because they know traders do. If they see a technical red flag, they will attempt to create as much fear as they can by pushing this as low as they can.

That being said, I hope the aforementioned scenario doesn't play out. The company needs to maintain credibility by holding to their "within three days" statement. No excuses, as I think investor patience will wear thin, despite what you hear from the long term, "fundamentals only" crowd who will chant "load the boat"!, great buying opportunity"!, etc, etc.

Don't mean to be harsh, but that's how I see it.
