My only question is how fast can we scale to meet demand for that many systems at the hospital?

Scaling operations to meet high demand (while also maintaining large profit margin) is the most difficult challenge for small business'.

If you are talking about major scale up in operations that would mean they would have to raise funds or look at a buyout. Thoughts?
