Just bcuz a company does something like, do a raise on the A/S, Does NOT mean that New shares are going to "INSTANTLY ROLL-OUT INTO THE FLOAT" Most of the time they do this bcuz they are forced into it by TOXIC-LENDERS...

Do you know that Toxic Lenders can only sell a certain %of the daily volume? And the shares they get issued usually have a 6 or 12 month RESTRICTION on them??
