That's not necessary because the Recognition process occurs within their judiciary. Their judges will determine how the Foreign Judgement is handled.

As for your apparent disdain for lawyers as subject matter experts, they have experienced the Recognition process and are sharing these experiences as a learning tool for other lawyers. They are not writing opinions. That's what Judges do...and Judges are former lawyers. They all work in the same judicial system and follow the same process.
