AVITA Medical Limited (Company) hereby makes an application for a trading halt of its securities,
effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:
• The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company of a proposed
reorganisation;
• The trading halt is expected to last until the Company releases an announcement regarding the
proposed reorganisation or otherwise prior to market open on 22 April 2020; and
• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
