This seems now a done deal and the NV SOS is by far the fastest for reinstating. I'd bet that with the settlement agreement with the TA already settled weeks ago, all fees for otcmarket are probably paid already and the needed filings for otcmarkets are being done at this moment.

They started doing reverse mergers last June...FONU is their most exciting one per UM.
