Apparently he changed his mind again.

I think his first series of spastic rants had something to do with Diwan taking 5 years to negotiate rights to VZV with himself. Now that a few months have passed and the new-new scam is covid, he's back on the PUMP-train.

Maybe when he realizes that NNVC doesn't have rights to coronavirus, and that Diwan has to undertake extensive negotiations with himself again, he might get back to his spastic ranting.

Since Diwan's patent doesn't disclose how to actually make a drug to cure any disease, I always wondered why everyone thought it was so necessary for Diwan to negotiate profitable deals with himself to license useless rights to NNVC.
