We know the new CEO is involved with Real Estate as the address on Wyoming comes up as 1458 County Line Rd, Huntington Valley, PA 19006.

The address comes back as Realty Mark.
So what kind of real estate will MEDH be doing? The answer is in the October 15th PR.
https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2019-10-15/medx-holdings-inc-medh-announces-new-asset-acquisition
Which states: "MedX Holdings and BioHydro will be managed by an expert with over 30 years in complex real estate transactions."
The new CEO will be operating BioHydro which the PR explains as... "BioHydro is the servicing arm that will manage the development, infrastructure, and construction of a processing facility in Arizona’s saturated zone, for the purpose of targeting approximately 2 trillion gallons of pharmaceutical grade water on 163 acre parcels."
With the sudden registration of the new CEO on Wyoming filings, all signs point to MEDH finally being ready to start executing on the new business model.
