Those are curious positions for not an insignificant amount of money. I gotta think no one with that kind of dosh is stabbing in the dark with a hope to hit something.

Seems to fly in the face of its only worth 0.30. Once any action is taken to dilute commons that would happen instantaneously. Its not like you can offload 137M shares immediately.
