Well... none of us have any choice right now but to be "invested".

If Luckin Coffee executives are contemplating the underlying stock to survive this unfortunate circumstance, then they are going to need to comply with nasdaq's request for information. Clearly they are undergoing a forced independent audit and I would imagine these things will take some time. I do not know that the NASDAQ will afford them the time they need but even that type of news would be very positive. They should allow the stock to freely trade on the NASDAQ pending information, so that a free-market can once again be established. People thinking the company is going to go belly-up can sell and people that think the company is going to get hit with some lawsuits and pay some settlements and move on as China's largest coffee franchise. But they need to do something...
