Shareholder Update: LOI signed for $2M equity investment and JV to form Quantum Materials Vertical Technologies, LLC.

This is old, out of date news. Now it seems that we have a JV that we know nothing about other than QMC has mortgaged their patents to them.

To make matters worse, as of a couple days ago, the company is now a year out of filing compliance with no relief in sight.
