completed a 1 for 10 R/S that brought the OS Outstanding share count to only 10 million shares. And the public float is about 1.4 million. Everyone out there would agree these numbers are extremely low, almost to low to provide any liquidity.

Now either someone got it dead wrong (got the math wrong) or someone was a butt faced liar providing false info for the vid?

If indeed true, I also want to know when and who bloated the AS to 1 billion and the float to 149 million or what ever it is?
