Could you remind me the purpose of these?: S-4, S-1 and the G-share.

It seems there’s no interest to buy regular shares on otc, who wants to buy G-shares?
It also seems all the processes are interlinked and also preventing them from progressing at all... and in the meantime there’s always some fuss going on: hurricane, cfo dying, Indian guy getting ill and the coronavirus
