Sounds good! Performance based. If he delivers, the stock price should be much higher and he will get a bargain in exercising the option. Should mean that all of us shareholders' stock will be worth a ton more by the time he exercises the option. Not sure what exercising on a cashless basis means unless they will just let him convert portions of his salary to stock. Not sure on that. All in all, sounds very good for shareholders and sounds like Mr. Carmichael anticipates Brownies being able to achieve these milestones(which would be outstanding, IMO). Thoughts from others welcomed.
