Patrick is an Investment Bankner in Spirit. Everyone knows that trait of mine. I have the experience and sat next to the Lehman Banker who introduced Groupon Tribasa iPO on the NYSE circa. 96. I worked equity institutional sales at Bear back then. Later on I made good money trading Mexico Adrs. Even the Citi and BONY and JPMorgan ADR custodians chawed $.05 a share to cancel or create shares. I always flew up to NY met with them and gave them a nice bottle of scotch. That was the art of the deal back then. I had secrets with my Mexican bank ordinary customers.

We are all human and we all have made mistakes and I am sorry again for the 1 minor NASD infraction of mine. Everyone back then broke the $50 gifting rule. There was a Wall Steet Journal story circa 2002 where all the fidelity traders and fund managers and Janus zFund managers for taking order routing bribery. The gifts were flowing back then.
