Gold can be $10,000/ounce right now, nobody is touching this company, why? Lawsuits bring RED flags. There are safer bets out there. This property may be better BUT too may RED flags. In order for this company to flourish they need to settle with Sarissa Resources, focus on their property. Petty lawsuits will cost them dearly in the future. IMO


If I were those individuals, I would seriously weigh the risk/reward of those suits. They have a real opportunity to make some money in this company, vs what are they really going to get from Sarissa? This has been going on for years with no movement. At this time it's costing them opportunities. again IMO
