Your not logical at all. If you e-mail people that are involved in the process they will tell you that the FDA has put medical device applications temporarily on hold. It has nothing to do with a company being farther along or further away in the process. That was a decision the FDA made which I don't agree with. Instead of arguing, why don't you e-mail the investment guy for the company and he'll tell you exactly what I just did.


As far as your closing point about 3 to 12 months. Did it occur to you that they already have been finalizing a deal for the past 3 to 6 months and they are just waiting for approval? You don't really think that the company they are paying a ton of money to help them with potential buyers has been sitting around doing nothing for the past year. It would be pretty stupid for the company to hire this expensive firm, let them do nothing until approval and then go, OK, let's sell it now. They probably have been working out details for months so when approval goes through, they can move quickly. I would think that the company asked for all offers months and months ago, accepted one to get the ball rolling. That's I would have done. It seems logical.
