I don't think it's the lack of gold price that is keeping this stock down. IMO I strongly believe it is the lawsuits that the individuals in the company are tied up with. That doesn't bode well for shareholder confidence. Have you had a chance to talk with Mr. Fuschino, or Mr. Currah? I'm VERY curious to what they have to say regarding the lack of forward movement.

I patiently await your response.

As you mentioned this company has the property, but the fact that those suits are out there and keep getting brought up scares me!
