You're right in a way, but you're forgetting some important parts aswell.

First, they have another NYC Hospital coming onboard, three now in a very short time. That's a serious increase if you consider the total amount.

More on the way, what does that mean? PO's already being on the negotiation table but not finished as of yet, which means more PR's about more PO's from domestic clients.

Delighted with the progress our UK partner is making, should I repeat this sentence? The UK partner is already making progress and PCTL is delighted with the progress they're making. What does that mean? PO's PO's PO's.

A sentence from the PR from 04/14:

“We have a number of interested parties in our sales pipeline".

PCTL business is booming like never before and once the travel restrictions are lifted it's going to boom even harder.
