I've always had a problem with TD when buying trash garbage tickers. E-trade would normally allow bids for any garbage that's why I'm surprised. I doubt "their phone is disconnected" is the reason. I also would speculate that trades can be placed through a phone call speaking to a representative. But I don't care that much to do so. TGRR is just another ticker ripe for fraudulent pump.
