Hi Randy...They will first issue an 8k announcing the settlement. I think they have 3 business days to issue that so it should be out on or before Monday. According to my sources, SPYR itself will only be liable for $500k of the settlement. JF $2m, Berkshire/JF $1m and SPYR $500k.

I agree PR to follow 8k. I am bullish on SPYR. At this point I think the worst is over.
