Let's use logic, shall we? She was given shares of the shell as payment. The company has massive diluted the OS since the purchase of S800, and she has had her shares locked. The dilution and collapse in share price is 100% on the company and drastically undercut her compensation for her company. It doesnt get any more criminal than what Geordan pulled here and that's exactly why they will lose the case. What happens then?
