APRIL INVESTOR UPDATE


Hello all, while there is so much uncertainty in these unprecedented times, I wanted to shed some light on our companies progress and current status.



Overview:

While we have seen a dramatic slowdown of revenue and the onboarding of new clients, we have been able to reduce costs and streamline a few operations during these slower times that allows us to stay cash flow positive. We do have a limited crew working daily and many remotely working from home. It is literally all hands on deck here right now to ensure orders are being produced and shipped as soon as raw materials arrive. (as you can see in the picture below)

Highlights:

Our team has been working hard on creating our new "Immunity" product line & I am proud to announce that we are well on our way. The Hand Sanitizer Gels & Sanitizer Sprays are being produced and stocked unlabeled in our warehouse - ready to be labeled and shipped in less than 1 day! We also have started producing and stocking a powder Immunity Capsule and the Immunity Tincture is going into production Monday.

These "quick to market" items (white labeled) are filling in the gaps from our regular client orders that have slowed since begining of last month.

Coming Up:

With the safety & welfare of everyone on our minds, we also decided to make these immunity products available direct to consumer. We created a house brand that is focused on getting as many of these products in hands where they can make a difference. In addition to the new retail website (www.CortexHemp.com) that should be up & running next week, we have registered these products on Amazon and should be approved in the next few days. We have sourced and ordering as much raw materials that we can get our hands on in order to continue making these much needed products during this important time. We intend to make these as cheap as possible to keep a lower price point to make more accessible to consumers just wanting sanitizer and not caring about the CBD aspect. (plus Amazon will not allow CBD products currently - so we are labeling these as Hemp)

Thank you again for all your continued support and hopefully when all this settles down and staff starts returning to work, we will be able to get back on track for our 2020 plans of completing the Reverse Merger, new lab buildout and new equipment purchases.
