Page 26: On March 17, 2020 (exactly one month ago today), the Wyoming Secretary of State (I didn't know we had any doings in Wyoming, I thought it was Washington, California, Nevada, etc) approved the Company's increase of authorized common stock to 10,000,000 (ten billion, double what is currently authorized!).

I foresee a reverse stock split to bump the stock price up which will then ride back down to 0.0001 where it is now, only our existing shares will be worth less and worthless. This thing is on life support connected to a gas generator in the middle of the night, no gas, no light at the end of the tunnel. Sorry, just my opinion, I hope I'm wrong...
