By the way, you can't get the flu from a flu shot.


I know that. It's also knowing flu shots are historically less than 50% effective on avg. This year only 45% efficacy and 2018 only 29%...

I did get the Shingrix vaccine after reading it was 97% effective at preventing shingles.

I am in my early 60s and have been getting a shot for the past 15 years or so
